Manufacturing - Labor Reports

The Labor Reports provide information about the labor components particularly the list of labor setup and teardown time as well as the labor usage details. Each of the Labor Reports has various options and criteria that provide a wide variety of labor component-related information and report formats. Read the information below to get a closer look at each of the Labor Reports available in AccountMate.

Labor Setup and Teardown Listing

The Labor Setup and Teardown Listing provides information on the default labor setup and teardown times, units processed per hour, and the associated costs for each labor resource, all of which are taken from the labor records. This report lists the labor component numbers and descriptions, ID numbers, classes, status, production rates, production costs, setup time and costs as well as teardown time and costs. You can use this report in analyzing the costs and other relevant information pertaining to the various labor resources used during the manufacturing process. It also serves as a guide in reviewing the accuracy of details in the labor records. You can opt to include in the report only the active labor resources, only the inactive labor resources, or all labor resources regardless of their status.

Labor Usage Report

The Labor Usage Report provides information on the usage of labor resources. This report lists the labor component numbers and descriptions, ID numbers, classes, status, worked time, and allocated time for each labor resource used during the manufacturing process. You can refer to this report when determining the worked time and allocated time for labor resources and when analyzing the usage of various labor resources. You may include in the report only the active labor resources, only the inactive labor resources, or all labor resources regardless of their status.
