In the event the printer jams and the checks are not printed on a range of check stock, you may want to reprint payroll checks using the same previously used check numbers. In such case, you can use the Reprint Payroll Check function. You can reprint any PR checks except if it is included in a bank reconciliation, voided or a handwritten check.

You can reprint an individual check or a range of check numbers. When printing an individual check, you have an option to use a check number and check date that is different from the original check to be reprinted. You may also run a check alignment test using this function.
