You can create and maintain a record of your sales staff using the Salesperson Maintenance function.  You can use a salesperson record in a customer record and in the Transactions functions of the Sales Order and Accounts Receivable modules.

 

In the SO/AR Module Setup function, you can choose the option to track revenue by salesperson.  If you choose this option, you must provide a revenue code in the salesperson record.

 

In the Salesperson Maintenance function window, you can do the following:

 

Set up a salesperson record

Update or delete a salesperson record
