Recurring AR Invoice

In the normal course of your business operation, you may need to regularly generate invoices with a consistent amount, and for a common purpose.  For example, when you enter into a contract to supply computer maintenance parts with your customer for a period of two years, and the agreement with your customer stipulates a monthly collection of payments, you must generate monthly recurring invoices for a period of two years.  

 

The Recurring AR Invoice feature in AccountMate Enterprise saves you time and has the flexibility for you to use various payment cycle options.  It allows you to generate invoices each time they must be prepared.  With this feature, you can automatically generate the invoice whenever you need to issue them by setting up the invoice's recurring frequency and number of cycles.  

 

The Recurring AR Invoice feature has the following functions:

 

oRecurring AR Invoice Setup

The Recurring AR Invoice Setup function allows you to set up templates with which to generate invoices for recurring transactions.  You can also amend the templates using this function.

 

oGenerate Recurring AR Invoice

The Generate Recurring AR Invoice function allows you to generate invoices from the templates that you created using the Recurring AR Invoice Setup function.
