In the course of business, it may be usual to enter into a contract with a company to regularly provide you with your required services. For example, you may enter into a contract with a service company for the monthly maintenance of your computer units for a period of two years, and the agreement covers a monthly billing and collection of payments at a fixed amount. Another would be the recording of payables that occur on a regular basis for a fixed amount, such as rent and loan amortizations.
The Recurring AP Invoice Setup function allows you to save time in recording these AP invoices every time they have to be prepared either daily, weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. The Generate Recurring AP Invoice function on the other hand, allows you to create AP invoice transactions from the recurring AP invoice templates set up in AccountMate.
