The History of [xxx] Purchase from Vendor [yyy] screen appears when the View Purchase History button in the Line Items page is clicked where xxx is the item # and yyy is the vendor #.

This screen shows previous transactions of the same line item for the selected vendor. Transaction details are shown such as purchase order #, order date, order quantity and unit cost among others. Information on this screen is read-only. Clicking the drillable transaction # will open the actual transaction in the corresponding transaction function screen.

Note: You must highlight a line item in the grid in order to enable the View Purchase History button, otherwise, the button is disabled and cannot be clicked.
