The Upload Credit Card Data page allows you to manually send the credit card data to your provider. Use this function when there is a small number of new customer credit cards stored in AccountMate, or if the previous upload failed for one or more customer credit cards.
It is advantageous to use this function when there are issues with the stored credit card data. This function allows you to amend invalid credit cards, skip the upload of credit cards with issues, or delete a credit card from AccountMate Enterprise.
The information shown in the grid, the Credit Card # field, and the Error message box are read-only. The rest of the fields are accessible and values can be edited as necessary.
Perform these steps in this page:
1.Click the Start button to begin. AccountMate will then start sending the first customer credit card information to your provider.
If there are no issues with the first customer credit card data transmission, AccountMate sends the next customer credit card information and continues this process until all credit card data have been processed.
If there is an issue with the credit card data being sent, the upload will temporarily stop and you have the option to either skip the credit card, delete the credit card, or amend the credit card details. The error message will be displayed in the Error message box.
2.To amend the credit card details, click the corresponding field you want to amend and enter the new value.
3.To proceed, click any of these buttons whichever is applicable:
oResume
Click this button if you want to resume credit card data upload after amending the highlighted credit card record in the grid. This button becomes enabled only after the Start button is clicked. |
oSkip
Click this button to skip a customer's credit card from being transmitted. This button becomes enabled only after the Start button is clicked. |
oDelete
Click this button to delete a customer's credit card. This button becomes enabled only after the Start button is clicked. |
