The Account Segment Values Listing displays detailed information about the account segment types and the corresponding values set up for them using the Account Segment Values Maintenance function.
This report has the following uses:
•To review the completeness of the recorded account segments.
•To determine the propriety of the assigned cash flow category and ratio group for each segment value.
•To ascertain the correctness of the assigned Summary Statement ID and/or Schedule of Changes Col ID for each segment value in a fund accounting company.
To print the Account Segment Values Listing follow these steps:
1.Access the Listing group from the Reports main menu; then, select the Segment Value function.
2.Click the List box button next to the Configuration field; then, select the report configuration that you want to use.
3.Select the report sorting option by clicking on the List box button next to the Sort By field.
4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
5.In the Report Configuration area, define the desired report filters. You may mark the Individual checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single record and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the desired criteria in generating the report.

6.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. Click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
The Account Segment Values Listing function also provides you with flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined report configuration.
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Set up user-defined report layout
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
