The Exchange Rates Listing function allows you to print or preview information about the current exchange rate and inverse rate of each currency code activated in AccountMate. The report shows the different exchange rate and inverse rate with the effectivity dates if there are multiple rates defined in the currency code record.
This report has the following uses:
•To review the currency exchange rates
•To use as reference when creating transactions in different currencies.
To generate the Exchange Rates Listing, follow these steps:
1.Access the Exchange Rates Listing function from the Multi-Currency Listing group in the Reports main menu.
2.Select the report sorting option by clicking on the List box button next to the Sort By field.
3.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
4.In the Report Configuration area, mark the Individual Transaction Currency Code checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single currency code, enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the desired criteria in generating the report.
5.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. In the report Preview page, you may click the Configure tab to return to the report Configuration page.
The Exchange Rates Listing function also provides you with flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined report macro
•Set up report configuration.
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Set up user-defined report layout
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
•Drill down on certain fields in the report:
oCurrency
AccountMate displays the Currency Profile when you click a currency code in the report. |
oGL Account ID
AccountMate displays the Account Profile when you click a GL Account ID in the report. |
