The BR Transactions Report function allows you to print or preview detailed information about transactions recorded in the Bank Reconciliation (BR) module only. These transactions include receipts, disbursements, bank transfers, other receipts, and other disbursements which are recorded using the BR module whether they have been marked outstanding, in-transit or reconciled.
This report has the following uses:
•To verify the accuracy of bank transactions recorded in AccountMate.
•As a guide in reconciling your bank accounts.
To generate the BR Transactions Report, follow these steps:
1.Access the BR Transactions Report function from the Bank Transaction group in the Reports main menu.
2.Click the List box button next to the Configuration field; then, select the report configuration that you want to use.
3.Select the report sorting option by clicking on the List box button next to the Sort By field.
4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
5.In the Report Configuration area, define the desired report filters. You may mark the Individual checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single record and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the desired criteria in generating the report.
6.Select the option for which you want to generate the report:
•All Transactions
•Interest/Receipt Transactions
•Fees/Disbursement Transactions
•Transfer Transactions
7.Mark the Include Voided Transactions checkbox if you want to include in the report voided BR transactions; otherwise, leave it unmarked.
8.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. Click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
The BR Transactions Report function also provides you with flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Set up user-defined report layout
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
•Drill-down on certain fields in the report:
