A Pick List is a document used by warehouse personnel to check the inventory items that will be shipped to your customer. It is used to locate and retrieve inventory items. The Print Pick List function allows you to print a pick list document.
You can generate a pick list only when a sales order has un-shipped quantities and is not put on credit hold or when the sales order is not put on hold (i.e. the On-hold checkbox in the Information page of the Sales Order function is not marked).
